Please notify the Facilitator or the Event Supervisor before you leave on the last night of the workshop.
Cancellation
If you are unable to participate in a program for which you have registered, you may transfer your funds to another person or program within 12 months of the date you registered for a $75 administrative fee.
If you cancel your participation entirely, you may request a refund of the following percentage of the amount you paid, based on the number of days in advance of the event you notify us in writing. Please allow 60 days for refund requests to process.
- 60 days in advance 50%
- 30 days in advance 25%
If you must cancel fewer than 30 days before the event, only the transfer option will apply.
